Tradition and history of the Boconara hut in Corvara

The Boconara hut owes its name from the beautiful location where it stands, surrounded by the majestic mountains. At the age of thirty, Stefan, a former collaborator in an accounting firm, seized the opportunity to fulfill his dream: rebuilding the hut, originally destroyed by a fire, adding a barn for animals as a tribute to his family’s traditions. With passion and determination, he created a cosy retreat where guests can taste traditional dishes and enjoy authentic moments in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Since December 2007, the hut has been a family-run business, where tradition and local gastronomy come together to offer an authentic and unforgettable experience.
